Now let's take a look at the North side of Great Egret Drive where the development backs up to the Master's Place boundary line.
Above is a photo of the backyard of the home that sits on the NE corner Tanglewood and Great Egret Drives. The property backs onto the vacant heritage oak lot on the corner of Twelve Oaks and Tanglewood Drives.
I am happy to report that all of the centuries-old heritage oaks, on both sides of the property line, have survived the development processes unscathed.
The photo above was taken from our back patio on 11/24/20 I was looking southeast of the woods just starting as the contractors were starting to be clear the woods to make room for new houses.
This is that same view today as the bulldozer prepares to remove the last standing trees on the lot directly behind us .
This is the view from my back porch looking west along the POA/HOA property line from my back porch a year ago (11/24/20).
And this photo above is the same view today.
The photo below was taken on 11/24/20 from our backyard . The camera pointed east toward the end of Twelve Oaks Drive
