We had vinyl sliding panels installed in our rear
screen porch. In August it was too hot
to use that porch, and I am told that in winter it can get unpleasantly cold
around here. You may recall from some
of the earlier photos we had a lot of tropical plants on that porch. I was concerned that the cold might damage
them. So we purchased these
sliders. They reportedly make a twenty
degree difference in both the heat and cold loss, so the porch should remain
usable all year round.
