We had dinner in one of Charleston's best tonight .
Of all of the great eateries in the city
With its historic facade facing the street
and ultra modern interior
The Cypress Restaurant is one of the classiest .
Diners can (with a reservation) be seated in the first floor formal dining room.
Or walk in for last minute seating in the second floor suspended lounge.
Either way you are guaranteed a great meal,
and it is great fun watching wine being moved between the two floors
on a giant wine conveyor system.
