The bad news is that last night we heard a sudden rushing of fast running water.
The good news is that we were both in the kitchen when it happened,
The bad news is that the hot water dispenser pump filter sprang a serious leak and flooded the kitchen
The good news is that Bruce was able to get the control valve turned off
The bad news is that no local stores carry the filter
The good news is there is always the internet.
The bad news is it will take awhile.....
The good news is that this didn't happen next week while we were out of town. That would have been a real disaster.
