Look who was greeting everyone coming into the plantation this evening. He was hanging out on the narrow grass strip between his retaining pond and the main (only ) road in and out of the plantation. We angled the car so he was in the headlights so CC could take his picture. (No way was she going to attempt to get out of the car to photograph a 9 foot gator.) Seconds after she took this shot, he turned and slipped back into the water.
