For dinner this evening, CC attempted eggplant stuffed with lamb,
artichoke hearts, and pine nuts from our new Jerusalem Cookbook.
It
looked really pretty but both BJ and I were very disappointed in the
taste.
The eggplant came out soggy and oily, and in spite of my following the recipe faithfully (except for
doubling the quantity of seasonings the recipe called for), the dish was still
bland.
