Anniversary Trip, golf 3'14

Every year we try to go somewhere or do something special to celebrate our anniversary.  This year we decided on a 3 day trip to Charleston SC to see all of the places and historic sites we have been putting on our list to see since we moved here.  Conte Naste's  readers consistently rate Charleston as one of the most romantic cities in the world,, but we never seem to get around to  really exploring it.  So we made a list of our top priorities sites and booked an ocean front hotel on the Isle of Palms.
Ravanelle Bridge over the Cooper River as seen from Patriot's Point
High on both of our lists of places to see and things to do was Patriot's Point on the eastern side of the Coopers river and the Charleston Harbor.  Known for its historic sites dating back to the colonial era, the area is rich with military and cultural .

As an anniversary gift,  I had promised  Bruce at least round of golf on the Patriot's Point ocean front golf course.
Boy did that make him happy.
